Shelley Winzeler, PA-C

Shelley is a Surgical Physician Assistant who works with Dr. Sobera and Dr. Curl to provide patients with personal, professional care. Shelley earned her PA degree from the University of Alabama at Birmingham’s School of Health Related Professions, graduating with honors.

At Village Dermatology, Shelley diagnoses and treats patients with medical, surgical and cosmetic concerns. She also performs procedures including, but not limited to biopsies, cryotherapy, intralesional injections, incision and drainage, sclerotherapy, and chemical peels.

Shelley is a member of four Professional Associations, including the American Academy of Physician Assistants and the UAB Surgical Physician Assistant Student Society, which she founded. She graduated Summa cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from South Carolina’s College of Charleston. A former Division 1 Women’s Tennis team captain, Shelley still plays in her spare time.
